#Beingaleader means you have a can-do attitude. The dictionary defines this as “being positive about your ability to achieve success.” Positivity and confidence in your ability to achieve a goal or complete a task go a long way to making that a reality in your circumstance.
Last time we talked about Belief Breakthrough (https://beingaleader.blog/2019/09/10/belief-breakthrough/) and this is one of those areas where we need to make sure we are believing correctly. Are you a moper? A sulker? Do you have a negative view of yourself and your abilities? While these are negative enough for you personally they are killers to your team and their attitude.
#Beingaleader doesn’t mean you are a constant smiley face person with kitty cat emojis at the end of all your communications. It’s not fake. It’s the ability to soberly identify your strengths and have the confidence in your decision making ability that got you to this point and will take you much further in the future.
Having a can-do attitude also sets you apart from your competition. So many people have a “No” reflex rather than a solutions based “let’s figure this out” approach to life. If you express your can-do attitude, people will continue to seek you out, your team, and the service that you provide.
Have a can-do attitude today.
