#Beingaleader means you have to work. Hard. Strategically. Effectively. Continually.

#Beingaleader is about working hard. There is no substitute for perspiration. There is no easy success. Success comes from hard work, even if unseen by others. Getting up. Doing your job, business, career etc. Repeating this process over and over.

#Beingaleader is also about working strategically. Working hard is important. But simply working harder is often counter productive. Working strategically will help you move towards your end goal. It is easy to think only of today but if you give yourself some opportunity to think about the future you can see if what you are doing is moving you in the direction you want to go.

Working effectively let’s you ask the question whether you are learning new ways to get your work done? Ways that improve the quality? Ways that speed the process or cost less money to you? Part of #beingaleader is trying to be as efficient as possible while accomplishing the tasks set before you.
