Flexible

#Beingaleader means you have to be flexible. The level of flexibility depends on your level of leadership and the current status of your project or circumstances surrounding you.

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, we have to learn to be flexible or show the level of flexibility we already have. Budgets change. Staffing changes. Timing changes. Location changes.

You and/or your team may be working remotely for the first time. How will you adapt? How will your processes change? How flexible are you?

On top of all that normally has to be accomplished, now you have to deal with isolation, with new technology and ways of doing things. Anxiety levels are up. New pressures have come to bear on each member of your team.

As you learn to be flexible, remember that you are in your current position of leadership for a reason. People are looking to you for an example. A calmness. Resoluteness. Flexibility.

Find that inner peace and flexibility for yourself and then display it to your team. #Beingaleader means you have to be flexible. Now is the moment to exemplify it.
