#Beingaleader means you need to be a peacemaker. For your team. Within your team. With others.
#Beingaleader means you need to be a peacemaker for your team. If there is someone who needs to ‘take the hit’ it should be you as the leader. You should protect your team from all enemies, ‘foreign and domestic’ as the saying goes. Try to settle disputes and use them as a learning experience so that next time maybe your team member can handle rather than having to get you involved.
#Beingaleader means you need to be a peacemaker within your team. Sometimes there is a struggle of personality. Sometimes it’s over resource allocation or prioritization. #Beingaleader means you have to navigate these rough waters. Setting the priorities for them but making every effort to maintain the team relationships and bringing as much positivity to the situation as possible.
#Beingaleader means you need to be a peacemaker with others. You set the example. Are you living in peace with others as much as it is in your power to do so? That will rub off onto your team. Are you divisive? You will see that in your team as well. So you need to ask yourself, “What kind of team do I want to have?” and then act accordingly.
#Beingaleader means you need to be a peacemaker. If you are, you will be blessed.
