#Beingaleader means you sometimes have to show restraint to your team. Restraint of words. Restraint of emotion. Restraint of self.

Some say you should count to ten before sending that email. Or perhaps have a policy of not responding when you are in a high state of emotion. It takes restraint and you should exercise it.

Restraint is often the key to maintaining relationship with others.
