Coach

#Beingaleader means you are a coach. Someone who raises others up. Someone who encourages growth. And provides honest feedback.

#Beingaleader means you raise others up. To make them reach their heights. Their goals. To make them better for having known you. The goal of @Beingaleader is to make leaders of those on your team. To do more things and to do them more efficiently than when they arrived on your team. To allow for your overall team to increase its effectiveness and possibly reach more new people or markets than you thought possible

#Beingaleader means you don’t just raise them up within your team but you encourage their personal growth as well. Growth in their skill sets. Growth in their communication abilities. Growth as a person. Your team should be better for knowing you. Remember, that as a coach for someone, it doesn’t mean that you are better at a task then the person you are coaching. It means you have the ability to fine tune someone else’s skills. I seriously doubt the coaches in professional sports are better than their players but they are there to get the most out of each individual on the team.

#Beingaleader means you provide honest feedback. Honest. Feedback. Sometimes we tend to forgo giving feedback at all. And when we do, it’s sugar-coated. But we need to give both. Honest feedback. Your team members deserve it. That’s how they know where they are at and what areas where they can get better.

#Beingaleader means you are a coach. Be a good one.
