#Beingaleader means you have to challenge your team. To see things they can’t see. To achieve more than they think possible. To help them win when it seems impossible.
#Beingaleader means you need to challenge your team to see things they can’t see. You are the one seeing the vision. Oftentimes you can challenge your team to see things through your lens to see what they cannot on their own. If they see it, if they catch the vision, they will become unstoppable.
#Beingaleader means you need to challenge your team to achieve more than they think possible. Much like a workout partner or a coach, your team often needs to be challenged to achieve more then they can on their own. To do one more rep. One more pushup. One more mile. The challenge is to know how far you can push without causing injury or burnout. It’s a balance between accomplishing things so great that no one thought possible and irreparably hurting your team by pushing them too far.
#Beingaleader means you need to challenge your team to help them win when it seems impossible. Small wins are important to keep their spirit’s high. Always pushing without achieving a victory will lead to disillusionment. Make sure they achieve small wins along the way to the impossible win. They will begin to believe and push through.
#Beingaleader means you need to challenge your team. Challenge them to be more together than they are as individuals.
