“Good” Leader

#Beingaleader means you should want to be a “good” leader. But how is “good” defined and how do you achieve it? So and so is a “good” leader. What do you mean by that? Is it their character? Personality? How they treat others? Skill set? Compassion? Attitude? Yes to all.

Someone can be an effective leader without being a good one. You can be a popular leader without being a good one. You can be a very skilled leader without being a good one. You can have a large following without being a good leader. So what makes you a good leader?

Being a good leader is more a statement of who you are and how you treat people than anything else. We touched on servant leadership previous times before and this is a continuation on that theme. It’s that important. Treat people well. Be skilled in your leadership. Have a good attitude. Be a servant leader. Be known as a good leader.
