You are constantly being pulled in different directions. The way you successfully did it before might not guarantee a success this time. The facts might have remained the same but you get a different result. How nimble are you to change your ways of deciding to allow for the new situation?
So how do you handle contradictory information or make decisions which might work one time but not the next? Well, you have to be a risk taker. Someone who is willing to make mistakes in order to move the ball forward. To take chances. To do new things. Or new ways of doing things. Are you able to handle making mistakes?
