Honesty

#Beingaleader means you need to lead with honesty. Honesty can be defined as having fairness and frankness. Fairness is the way we want to be treated and frankness is when you are clear in your communication.

Honesty means you need to be fair. Fair to your team. Fair to your clients. Fair to yourself. To be fair is to treat people the way you would want to be treated. Not with any other agenda than their good. Open. Building them up. Building yourself up but without tearing others down in the process. Being honest. We want those people around us.

Honesty means you need to be frank. Frank to your team. Frank to your clients. Frank to yourself. It’s not fair to others if you don’t communicate with them frankly. Clearly. Frank communication is open communication. Saying things in the way they need to be said but saying it in a way that builds others up. Not tearing others down. No agenda. Honest.
