So, should you wait until you can make the perfect decision? Should you wait until all of your questions are answered before moving forward? The answer needs to be “No” or you might as well stop #Beingaleader as there is no perfect answer or perfect decision to be made.
You are fallible. You will make mistakes. Much of the time you won’t know the exact outcome of your decisions. Maybe you have never experienced this before. The best you can do is use the experience you do have and apply it in new ways. In new circumstances. Mixed feelings and all.
