#Beingaleader means you have to do a lot of chores. Chores that need to be done. Chores you see the value in. Chores you don’t want to do. But they still need to be done and you are the person to do them.
Just like being a parent requires you to do things that you may or may not want to do but that need to be done nonetheless, you need to do some chores as you develop your leadership. You should never feel that you are beyond doing chores. If you feel it’s only for other people to do then you have a level of arrogance has been attached to your leadership that you need to exorcise.
What list of chores do you do? In each area of your life? Do you begrudge them or do you embrace them? How would you train others to deal with their chores? #Beingaleader would mean that you do them, do then we’ll, and train others to do them.
