#Beingaleader means you have to be strong. Strong for your team. Strong in your purpose. Strong in your message.

#Beingaleader means that you have to be strong for your team. Don’t be the weak link. Communicate effectively. Stick to your guns and the methods that you have chosen to use. Let everyone know that you are confident and comfortable with what you are doing. This is not bravado. This is not overly stubborn. But it is important for a leader to show that they can be strong and depended on by your team.

#Beingaleader means you have to be strong in your purpose. You need to know what you are doing and why you are doing it. That’s the only way your team can have confidence in the direction that the team is going. Being wishy-washy can destroy a team’s confidence. Again, that doesn’t mean you can’t change your direction with the right planning and purpose involved. But if you have already communicated your purpose then stick to it and keep moving forward.

#Beingaleader means you have to be strong in your message. Communication of your message both to your team and to your customers or clients is critical to your success. Having a message that is disjointed or even competitive to yourself will cause confusion and hurt your potential for success. Like a good marketing plan, your message needs to be on point, repeated often, and something that everybody can believe in and get behind.
