#Beingaleader means you have to take the initiative. The one to make the first move. To take the risk. To want something bad enough you’re willing to fail while trying. Initiative.
When you want to see a problem from a new perspective, you sometimes have to make the first move. Meaning, you have to see things differently than others or perhaps how you looked at a problem in the past. You have to see things in a new way. Allowing yourself to be the first. The one to take the step that others aren’t willing or even capable of taking.
Taking that risk, can be, well, risky. Seems obvious. But risk is part of #Beingaleader. It’s part of your every day. It’s part of every decision. It’s what you do. Without it, there is no growth. There is no innovation. You will have to be the one to take the initiative. Take the risk. The one to see the worth in what you are trying to accomplish so you are willing to take that risk.
How badly do you want to succeed? How badly do you want to grow? Are you willing to look foolish? Are you willing to fail? To fall on your face in the hopes of achieving something better, or even something great? That’s what drives a leader to do things that others cannot do. It’s what separates a leader from a follower.
#Beingaleader means you have to take the initiative. Take the first step.
