What does it mean to appreciate your team and their efforts? It means to recognize their true or whole worth. As team members. As people. For their skills. For who they are. Appreciate.

It’s about finding ways to show appreciation. Too often, team members are taken for granted. They are assumed to continue in their tasks and assumed that they will always be there. That’s not always the case. And it’s becoming less likely than it used to be. So, if you want to keep your team, appreciate them.
