Look, life is full of curveballs. They happen to all of us and they can happen at any time. The definition of unexpected is that you didn’t expect it. You could not have planned for them. But you can be prepared for them. You can know that things like this will happen. The question is how will you react? How will you respond? What will be the response you make? Will you remain composed?

So, how does one become and remain composed? For some, it’s just easier than for others. We have different personalities and tolerance levels. Some like change. Some don’t. Some like excitement happening all the time while others do not. But there is a big part of being composed that comes from experience. Experience that it will be okay. Experience to help you know that you will come out on the other side. Experience to show how to handle the situation in a manner that shows faith in the next steps. Composed.
