#Beingaleader oftentimes means that you are leading while your head and eyes and vision are fuzzy. You don’t quite know where to go. What to do or what’s going to happen. Your site is fuzzy.
But you still have to get up in the morning. You still have to lead others. You still have things you need to accomplish. But in the midst of that you are still unsure and can’t seem to find clarity about everything that you want to accomplish. Your sight is fuzzy.
When my sight is fuzzy, I often fall back on the basics. Getting up in the morning. Reading what I need to read. Doing the tasks that are before me. I need to keep the normal going. I need to keep the mundane going. Until I see clearly what the next step is. Until I see with clear eyes and the fuzzy is gone.
Too often leaders stop moving when their sight gets fuzzy. They feel paralyzed and do not do the things that are right in front of them to do.
I believe that most of life is fuzzy. You see maybe a step in front of you. Let me encourage you to continue doing the normal things. Doing what you have been called to do even when your eyesight is fuzzy. Do not let the grander aspects of your vision for the future get in the way of doing what you know is right in front of you to do
#Beingaleader oftentimes means that you are leading while your head and eyes and vision are fuzzy. Lead anyway.
