#Beingaleader means you need to get good at waiting. Waiting on others. Waiting for movement. Waiting for success. But not just waiting in an idle sense. Active waiting is what’s called for. Waiting on the results but actively moving towards your goal.
#Beingaleader means you need to get good at waiting on others. To complete their tasks. To learn the skills needed to be successful. So much of our success is wrapped up in the success of others. If we could be successful alone, most of us would be. But we need each other. Team members. Staff. Colleagues. It’s together that we are successful so don’t get “discouraged in doing good” especially with those you are counting on.
#Beingaleader means you need to get good at waiting for movement. Sometimes this is your own movement. Sometimes it’s the movement of others or even movement of a larger group of people to see the need for the product you are developing. Or to get the idea that you are promoting. Sometimes you just have to wait for the larger group to move in their thinking. Keep pushing forward. Active waiting. Keep pursuing. Keep creating. While you’re waiting on the movement. If you don’t stay active you might miss it.
#Beingaleader means you need to get good at waiting for success. It will depend on how you define success but I don’t believe that overnight success is really a thing. The athlete that ‘comes out of nowhere’ to win a race has been preparing for a long time. Same with your career. Your family. Your life. You lay building blocks along the way. You take chances. You calculate. But in the end, you wait to see if it works. To see if it’s a success.
#Beingaleader means you need to get good at waiting. So wait for it.
